4 months agoI wasn't sure what to expect when I first went , but I can honestly say it's been a game-changer for my health. For years, I tried fad diets and exercise routines that never seemed to stick. They focused on creating a sustainable lifestyle change, not just a quick fix.

3 years agoWith the gastric balloon application, I lost 15 kilos and came close to my old fitness. Of course, do not expect a miracle, but you will benefit by supporting it with diet and exercise. But first of all, it reduces your appetite and gives you serious motivation to lose weight. The application is a very easy and short process. In the comments I made during my research before the procedure, there were friends who had the procedure done in different places, and in the first days, they complained of very serious nausea and vomiting, and even wanted to remove the balloon. I didn't have any major problems other than mild nausea. Dietitian support was provided for more than 1 year after the procedure. Unlike classical dietitians, they apply an interactive diet that changes throughout the process. The dietitian communicates with you periodically, even if you do not request it. This both increases your diet motivation and prevents you from getting bored with different diet styles and quitting the diet in the process.

3 years agoHi I would firstly like to thank my surgeon DR Kaplan and his team for changing my life and giving me the opportunity to loose 40 + Kg. The surgeon knows what he is doing and is the best in this field. I have had no problems since the surgeon (gastric sleeve). I had it done in Turkey in December 2019. The hospital was clean and staff were very helpful. My dietician still contacts me and gives me advice when needed. I couldn't fault them they are just amazing 🤗👌 I always tell people about their service because I feel they can be trusted and do the job with 100% compassion and give you the answers to any questions you may have. 3 years agoI’m from California in the United States and I had my gastric sleeve done 7 months ago and have lost 62 pounds. My experience there was exceptional. The doctor was not only professional with excellent surgical Skills but was empathetic and so kind as well. My hospital care was also excellent and I’m an RN so I was judging! I was so impressed with all my care and am so very happy that I made the decision to come there for my surgery. It has truly changed my life for the better since I’ve gotten my health and energy back after losing all the extra weight. If you’re having doubts...don’t. Just schedule the surgery and do it. You won’t be sorry.

3 years agoI had stomach reduction surgery 5 years ago. My life has changed completely. Now I can walk and move as much as I want. My clothing choices have changed😊. What more could I want? Big thanks to my dear doctor who changed my life so easily and healthily ❤❤❤
