I had a facelift just 2 weeks ago, and I’m still in the recovery process. Even so, I can already see the shape of the final result, and it’s looking really beautiful. The whole team has been professional, efficient, objective, and responsible throughout my journey. As an overseas patient, I had a very pleasant experience traveling abroad for my surgery. Everything has been going smoothly, and I’d also like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone on the team. The first person I communicated with was Huliya. Communicating with her has been very efficient. You’re quick, organized, and really effective. She made the entire process easy and well coordinated from the very beginning. My surgeon is incredibly skilled and professional. During our consultations, she was able to accurately understand exactly what I wanted from my cosmetic surgery. You can really tell she’s an experienced surgeon. 👍🏻 Seher has also been amazing with my post-operative care. She’s very capable, patient, attentive, and detail-oriented. I like her so much because she always takes the time to answer my questions and makes me feel well taken care of. Ersa is also such a warm and kind person. What impressed me the most is how this team manages to balance patience, kindness, efficiency, communication, and professionalism so well. That’s actually much harder to achieve than people think. I’m a very picky person, and I rarely give such high praise. Even though I’m still recovering, I’m happy to give this clinic a well-deserved 5-star review.❤️

I felt safe in their hands and my stay in another country for breast augmentation surgery has left me with absolutely perfect results. My experience with Db'est Clinic was fantastic, Dr. Derya Bingöl and her team were very friendly and made the consultation feel exciting, giving me their opinions and suggestions whilst keeping it professional. They took care of everything; the transportation from and to the airport, booking a spacious hotel suite right in front of the hospital where they operate, helping me with the pre-surgery examination and translating when needed. The hospital room also had a bed for my partner, and meals were provided for the both of us. The nurses were very caring and attentive, however I'm grateful I had my partner with me, as the first few days of recovering from surgery are no joke and I needed assistence for everything (I also wanted to stay an extra night as I didn't feel ready to leave after one day). Dr. Derya came both days I was in the hospital to visit me, and answer any question I had along with her nurse Pinar who was very patient and caring towards me. They also provided me the medication I needed for the week when I was discharged from the hospital. During my stay in the hotel (where the staff is used to have recovering patients and know how to be discreet) Derya's team was in contact with me daily to make sure everything was ok. On my last day I was given further instruction on how to proceed from there at home, and given a letter to show at the airport for medical clearance to fly. In conclusion I can truly say I had a great experience, everything was curated in detail and I'm happy with my results. PS: if I can give my personal advice to anybody wanting to have a procedure done, is to be realistic when it comes to seeing the final results. I'm currently 2 weeks post surgery and even though I feel good; I'm still recovering and still waiting to fully heal as these kind of procedures take a few months to settle in.

I am currently on my 6th week of recovery and healing very nicely. I had vaser liposuction done by Dr. Derya in 5 areas and I have a waistline again after having children. I'm so much more comfortable in my clothing. The process of getting to Istanbul was very simple. All I had to do was book my ticket and the rest was taken care of through the medical coordinator through bookimed on WhatsApp and consistent communication by Huliya the office manager for Dr. Derya. I was treated with the utmost kindness and care by the staff at the hotel, staff at Dr. Derya's office and nurses through my procedure. The transport to the hotel was also taken care of by Huliya communicating persistently to get me to my hotel after I landed. I will only ever consider going to Istanbul to receive any aesthetic services through bookimed and Dr. Derya for future services. This level of care is unmatched. Thank you Dr. Derya, Huliya, Nurse Punar, and Assistant Ezra for your expertise and also checking in on me on how I am doing after my procedure.
