8 months agoI came to Turkey with my mother, who underwent a full face and neck lifting, upper blepharoplasty, and lip lift, and the whole experience has been absolutely incredible. Dr. Yakup Duman was extremely professional, talented, attentive and kind, always focused on every detail and on my mother’s request. The result honestly exceeded all our expectations — his work is truly amazing. His assistant Ibrahim was also very helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special thanks goes to Pinar, who supported us in Italian throughout the whole process — from our first messages on WhatsApp to the moment we arrived at the hospital. She was simply wonderful, always present and caring step by step. The hospital itself is an outstanding facility — spotlessly clean, modern, and organized like a 5-star hotel. We felt cared for and safe at all times. We’re extremely happy with the entire experience and will definitely come back soon!

a month agoEverything is was perfect. I had a rhinoplasty by Dr Yakup Duman. I was Impressed how the whole nursing team was very supportive and supportive and helpful. Especially Asuman, Semih , Aysegül ardahan. Was very easily organized by Nesrin.

From the moment I arrived until the very last minute, everything was perfectly organized. *Dr. Yakup Duman*, *coordinator Bergin*, and the *nurses on the 7th floor* took excellent care of me throughout my stay. They were all very professional, attentive, and kind. The hospital was exceptionally clean and provided a high standard of service that made me feel safe and comfortable. I'm very happy with my surgery and truly grateful for my doctor’s expertise. The room I stayed in was super luxurious and comfortable. 2 months agoI contacted Merkez Sağlık Grubu via WhatsApp to ask for the price and earliest appointment for an urgent non-contrast lumbar MRI. I clearly explained that the situation was urgent, the pain was radiating into my leg and foot, and that I had a flight the next day. They repeatedly told me that my request had been forwarded to the department and that someone would contact me, but I never received any actual information — no price, no appointment time, and not even a direct phone number for the radiology department. I waited from 2 PM, followed up again in the evening and the next morning, and still only received generic responses with no real help. Very poor communication for a medical center, especially when a patient urgently needs imaging. I wasted a lot of time and got no useful information at all.
