8 months agoThe hospital itself was lovely, clean spacious and modern with pretty decorative furniture. But! the staff at this hospital were phenomenal! I have never been treated with such care, respect and compassion in a healthcare environment as I have here. I cannot thank the staff here enough.

12 months agoGreat place , doesn't even look like like a hospital, ground floor reception looks like an expensive hotel . Was staying in hospital for 3 days , room was very comfy and I had everything I need. Food was good portions massive!! All the stuff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean .

8 months agoMy daughter went here for a gastric sleeve. The hospital was really nice, clean and modern, the clinical staff were amazing, so thorough and professional, the cleaners came every day and were really polite and unintrusive, they always knocked and asked if it was ok to come in and clean. The food was basic but fairly nice and always warm.

2 years agoI highly recommend merkez prime for any producers highly trained staff and excellent service to all your needs I have been going to merkez prime hospital for the last 2 years from dental to health issues to cosmetic they have attended to all my needs promptly, 5star is too low deserves 7plus, to my fellow Australians look no further.. a year agoI'm surprised with this huge hospital! You know why? First I take an appointment for ( a female doctor) cause I'm pregnant And when I arrived , the only dr that they have a male Doctor!!!! What a shame ! The second thing that I noticed is that no one in the reception , and they asked the patients to go to emergency reception instead of the main reception! Third thing is when I arrived to level 1 to go to the dr The electricity is off!!!!! Why!!!!! And there is no one to guide you where to go!! What is the wrong with u guys?!
