Wow 👌 I am so impressed with the service I received throughout my stay, it really has been a positive experience. To begin with I was extremely nervous to be be arranging my planned trip over WhatsApp. Anna was great at answering all my questions during the initial booking stage via WhatsApp. From everything I had read and seen online my gut feeling was to book with Dr Cem Altindag and I'm so pleased I followed through with my gut feeling. Dr Altindag was lovely, and put me at ease straight away. He was honest and listened to my concerns, therefore filled me with confidence that he could help me achieve the results I wanted from a functional and cosmetic aspect, due to a deviated septum and nose break I sustained a few months prior. Mohammed, Dr Altindags assistant was fantastic and I am very grateful for all your help during my stay. Communication was great throughout my stay. I would like to thank Jeren, who met me on the morning of my surgery. Jeren was very professional and assisted me to all my tests prior to surgery, explaining everything that was going to happen next. It was nice to chat with you, you helped calm my nerves before surgery. Before I knew it I was back in my room post surgery. I was able to return to the hotel later in the afternoon too, which was great. The hotel very attentive and always provided me with ice and water when I requested it. My follow up appointment was great and honestly am so thankful I chose to have my surgery with Dr Cem Altindag and his team. For me choosing a surgeon was important as I wanted someone who specialised in noses and had a vast amount of experience. So for me I'm extremely pleased and thankful for how quick I was able to be treated. For anyone considering booking, you won't be disappointed. Once again thank you to all of Dr Cem Altindags team at the Nose clinic. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I encounter who needs help with their nose.

Thank you for providing an interpreter before the operation; it was much easier to communicate. Transport was provided from the airport to the hotel from the hotel to the hospital, their service was very good, they were provided with a 4 star hotel with breakfast, the transport was very convenient, comfortable. Dr.Cem, Dr.Mohammed, and his assistant were all very caring, attentive, and patient with me. I want to thank them for their hard work. From the moment I landed in i̇stanbul to the moment I left they were taking care of me. As for the results of my septorhinoplasty, I am truly obsessed with how my nose looks and my breathing has improved! I requested that Dr.Cem to keep my nose looking very natural and he successfully did it. I would definitely recommend Dr.Cem to my friends and family!

Whole experience from tip to tail was excellent. From initial contact and receiving quick informative responses, to the trip itself. Everything was provided in terms of transport, accommodation, surgery (septoplasty), and prescriptions/salves for recovery which has improved my breathing immensely. The hotel breakfast was very well catered. Hotel staff was considerate and kind. I felt provided for and enjoyed my time in Istanbul. Would absolutely recommend.

Hi i am a Patient from Austria (EU). I am very satisfied with the procedure and the result of the operation. Right from the start, all my questions were answered at every time by an assistant via whats app. There was a reliable transfer to every appointment, from/to the airport and from/to the hospital, the hotel was very central and nice. The team and the procedure as a whole were very professional, and Dr. Cem is also a specialist who responds to individual wishes. I just wanted a minor procedure with a natural result and I am more than satisfied. The swelling is still visible after more than a month (for people who knew me before), but I only had bruising and severe swelling for a few days after the operation. What you need to know: the operation is carried out in a hospital in Istanbul, the nurses don't speak English and some of the equipment is outdated, but this has nothing to do with the quality of the operation. you have to expect this circumstances if you fly to Turkey for a nose job. Overall: I would do it again, thanks to everyone!
